It's been awhile since I've written as I've been quite busy since the Vattenfall Cyclassics in Hamburg. A few hours after the finish I was in the car and on my way to the Czech Republic. I stayed there for two days to visit my family and attend some meetings. After that I went to Livigno again for two weeks of altitude training and to start preparing for the cyclocross season.

I was really tired the first few days. That was probably because of all he traveling, races and the altitude. Luckily that didn't last too long and after a few days I was able to get in some good training rides. The weather is also a lot better than the last time I was here, so I'm lucky. It was really cold one day and even snowed, but I'm used to that here.

My first cyclocross race of the season is 24 September in Stribro. After that I'll race in Kalmthout and Ruddervoorde. I'm also going to participate in the Skoda Cycling Challenge on the road a few days before Stribro. You can find info about the race on the website: www.scc2011.cz/en.
